For Physical Products Shipped to You:
- 90-day satisfaction guarantee. We offer a full refund for merchandise in original, resalable condition. To start the return and refund process, contact us for a Return Authorization and shipping information. We strive to refund in the same manner as paid. Depending on your payment method, allow 5 business days after we recieve the merchandise to receive your refund . Merchandise that is not in original, resalable condition, may incur a $20 restocking fee.
- If the product is truly defective (for example, the package was crushed in transit, or a DVD won't play), we will pay return shipping, and the re-stocking fee does not apply.
- If the product is not defective, you are responsible for return shipping charges and the restocking fee may apply to merchandise not in original, resalable condition.
For Products Downloaded to your Computer (No Physical Products):
90-day satisfaction guarantee. Simply notify us to receive a full refund. We strive to refund in the same same manner as paid. Depending on your payment method, allow 5 business days after you notify us to receive your refund. We ask that you stop using the product and please let us know how we can improve it.
For Support, Consulting, or Marketing Services Billed on a Monthly Basis:
You may cancel at anytime and you will not be billed again for that service. Charges already processed for previous months are not refundable. Please contact us and we will cancel for you You may also be able to cancel a transaction yourself, depending on the payment method or portal (PayPal, Clickbank, etc).
Marketing Roadmap, Local Search Marketing Packages, or One-time Consulting Sessions:
These professional research, consulting, and marketing services are non-refundable.
For Online Memberships or Subscriptions:
- For trial memberships or subscriptions. You may cancel anytime before your first billing is processed and receive a full refund. We strive to refund in the same manner as paid. Depending on your payment method, allow 5 business days after canceling to receive your refund. Login to your account and look for the cancellation link. If you cannot login or cannot unsubscribe for any reason, contact us and we will cancel for you.
- For memberships or subscriptions after the first billing is processed, you may cancel at anytime and you will not be billed again for that service. Charges already processed for previous months are not refundable. Login to your account and look for the cancellation link.
