Our return and refund policy varies with the type of product or service you have purchased . . .

For Downloaded Products:

One-year satisfaction guarantee. Simply send us an email request or call to receive a refund. Depending on your payment method, please allow up to 7 business days after you notify us to receive your refund. We ask that you stop using the product and please let us know how we can improve it. There is no need to return the product.

For the Local Search Marketing Program:

This professional service requires many hours of work specific to your account, most of which is done within the first 30 days. Therefore, we do not provide billing cancellations or refunds of charges that have already been processed.

For Mobile Sites, Reputation Monitoring, or Consulting Services Billed on a Periodic Basis:

You may cancel at any time, however, charges already processed are not refundable. To cancel service, please send us an email request or call.
